Hello CHILLIWACK NOVICE MAJOR C2,

Congratulations on being selected to participate in a Chilliwack Chiefs - Tim Hortons Timbits intermission mini-game!

Please be at the Chilliwack Coliseum no later than 6:15pm on the day of your game if game time is 7pm. You will enter the building through the SCOUTS and MEDIA Entrance located at the ground-level east end of the Chilliwack Coliseum. A member of the Chiefs’ staff will meet you there and escort you to your dressing room. The Chilliwack Chiefs will be providing Timbits Hockey jerseys which must be returned to us at the end of your game.

We will provide 20 complimentary tickets to the game for the players and coaches. We encourage you to sell additional tickets to your friends and family as $4 from every adult ticket sold by your members will be donated back to your team. This link can be shared with friends and family for maximum fundraising and tickets will be emailed directly to the purchaser. So, instead of using paper order forms, this new system should save us all the hassle of cash handling and ticket distribution. Seating is restricted to Section H so that everyone can sit together, however we will expand the hold if additional seats are required.
