CMHA Coach and Manger Meetings: TBD

PCAHA Coach and Manager Meetings: 

  • U13 A - September 22 at 7pm via zoom
  • U15 A and U18 A - September 25th at 7pm via zoom
  • U11 A - September 17, 2025 at 7pm via zoom
  • U21 A/C - October 1, 2025 at 7pm via zoom

PCAHA Coach/Manager Spordle Play Meetings:

  • U11-U21 teams - Friday, September 26, 2025 at 7:30pm via zoom 
  • U11-U21 teams - Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 10:30am via zoom
  • U11-U21 teams - Friday, October 10, 2025 at 10:30am via zoom
  • U7-U9 teams - Friday, October 24, 2025 at 10:30am via zoom

*** Please note CMHA is offering Tournament advances to all teams booking away tournaments. Please send Sarah Stevens at treasurer@chilliwackminorhockey.com the payment details for the tournament/s you are booking and Sarah will pay the tournament directly and invoice teams later in the season once team fees have been collected.***

 

Important Items To Note:

The following items are found under the Manager tab

Roster:

  • Submit to Sara P. at info@chilliwackminorhockey.com
  • Rep - Due by September 25th
    • Must be submitted 48-72 hrs before any exhibition games can be played
    • All AP's must be rostered prior to being allowed to play
      • Please allow up to 72 hours for rostering to be completed and synced with team
      • AP process must be followed Affiliated Player Form

Jersey Deposit:

  • Submit to Sara P. at info@chilliwackminorhockey.com
  • October 1st 

Rep Team Fees:

  • Due to teams prior to December 1st
  • Teams must submit payment to CMHA December 1st

Coach Travel Fees:

  • The team fees will cover all coaches and head coaches’ expenses for travel tournaments (gas, meals, hotel rooms).

Coursework:

  • December 15th Rep

Hockey Day in Chilliwack:

  • Saturday, March 14, 2026
  • Teams will not be approved to attend tournaments over this weekend
