2025-2026 CMHA Hosted Tournaments

• Brad Beckett U18 C Division Tournament
  • Date: November 7^th to 11^th, 2025

• Peewee Jamboree
  • Date: November 28th-30th, 2025
  • Team Registration and Raffle Basket Fees: $500.00 
  • Sponsorship: $250.00 sponsorship minimum required by each team or teams pay full amount in cash or difference.

• U18 Rep Tournament
  • Date: January 1st to 4^th, 2026
  • Team Registration and Raffle Basket Fees: $500.00
  • Sponsorship: $250.00 sponsorship minimum required by each team or teams pay full amount in cash or difference.

• U9-U18 Female Winter Classic
  • Date: January 23rd to 25th, 2026
  • Team Registration and Raffle Basket Fees: $500.00
  • Sponsorship: $250.00 sponsorship minimum required by each team or teams pay full amount in cash or difference.

• Payment Details:
  • Registration process not required, all Tournament host (Chilliwack) teams are automatically registered to participate
  • All Fees due by November 1, 2025
    • Cash, Cheque or etransfer
  • Sponsors due by December 1, 2025
    • Logo and Fees

*** Teams are eligible to earn up to $500 back if their volunteers show up for their tournament meetings, tournament shifts, complete their tasks and each tournament can generate enough sponsors and revenue from Raffle and 50/50 Sales ***

Individual Tournament Committees:

• 2 reps per team for the U13 Peewee Jamboree
• 2 reps per team for Female
• 4 reps per team for U18 A1 and A2
• More details to follow from the Tournament Coordinator (U18 Rep and Female) or your divisional director (Peewee Jamboree) regarding meeting dates, duties and volunteer shifts to be filled during the tournament weekend.
