Team Bank Accounts: NEW PROCESS THIS YEAR
- All teams U6-U21 are required to open an approved Envision bank account - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Please email Sarah Stevens at Treasurer@chilliwackminorhockey.com to request your letter
- Please include your team name and the legal names of the two signers you want on your account
- Account signers must not be husband and wife
- Account signers do not need to go to the bank together
- The Garrison Branch is our main branch and the preferred location but the downtown branch can be used as well.
