Non Parent Rep Coaches - Travel Expenses
Travel:
A Non Parent Coach will submit a gas receipt to the team treasurer with the actual fuel cost to travel to and from the tournament and the team will reimburse the coach the actual amount. Should there be more than one Non Parent coach on the team they should carpool to the tournament as only one receipt will be paid.
Should the team decide to travel by bus the Non Parent Coach / Coaches will be provided a spot on the bus free of charge.
Should the team decide to travel by plane or train the Non Parent Coaches travel tickets will be paid in full for by the team.
Food: Above says all food, so this is a general guidline I believe to help manage costs
Non Parent Coaches will be provided $60 for each full day at the tournament.
Any half day at a tournament the Non Parent coach will be provided $30.
Accomodation:
A Non Parent Coach will have their hotel room paid for by the Team for any nights they are away from home for a tournament. Should there be two Non Parent Coaches they will share a hotel room. Should the Non Parent Coaches not want to share a hotel room they can get their own room and the team will pay for half of each of their rooms.
