Hello! This team is being recognized at the next city council meeting on Tuesday, April 7th at 2:00 PM. Here is the info, I will confirm closer to as well: “If the team is able to arrive by 1:45pm on Tuesday, April 7 and have a seat in the Council Chambers, they will be called up to receive their certificates from Mayor Popove in alphabetical order starting at 2pm. This should take no longer than 15 minutes and then the group is free to leave and the meeting continues. We will have someone available to take a group photo after the certificates are handed out. Please confirm this will work for you and we will move forward. If everyone will be carpooling with parents, I would request that they park at the Chilliwack Alliance Church to save room in the parking lot and I can send a map.“
